A blend of Imperial Stouts aged for 26 months in bourbon barrels

55% of the blend is old lambik and the final fruit intensity is 567 grams of sour cherries per litre

reunites once more as a harmonious blend

Doesjel (2009) Barclay Brewing Co. For making this cyser trójniakbottling date: 10 12 2009 Blend of 1 , 2 and 3 year old lambik, all fermented and lagered in oak barrels and vessels. With Doesjel, the wild fermentation of the young lambik did not continue throughout the bottle conditioning as the yeast "dozed in" ("ingedoesjeld"). This beer has no head, just like lambik so please don't panic.
